Summer and winter prices for your holiday in the Sciliar region - Apartments for up to 4 people in a quiet panoramic position above Castelrotto and Siusi.

General information + terms and conditions:

• A local tax of 2. 50 € per day and person (14 years and older) will be charged separately.
• Our guests receive the Mobiliy pass in South Tyrol, which allows them to use all public transport (except the Seiser Alm Bahn and Seiser Alm Express) free of charge.
• Each additional person in the extra bed pays 20 € per day (bed linen and towels included).
• To fix your apartment reservation we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total price.
• Final cleaning included in the price.
• So that we can clean the apartments thoroughly, we kindly ask you to leave them at 9am on the day of departure.
• The apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
• You can also bring your four-legged friend with you for an extra charge of 15€ per day (without food).
• We are open all year round!

Cancellation terms
Apartment cancellations are only valid in writing. The following fees may apply in the event of cancellation:

• 3 months before the arrival date the reservation can be cancelled without final payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be withheld.
• 3 months to 1 month prior to departure: 40% of the booking value
• 1 month to 1 week before departure: 80% of the booking value
• In the last week before departure: 90% of the booking value
• In case of no-show: 100% of the booking value or in case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the booking value.
